Cerioporus corylinus
(Mauri) Zmitr. & Kovalenko

Study description
Pileipellis filamentous, with hyphae arranged more or less in parallel, faintly pigmented, with internal encrustations and provided with clamp connections.
Terminal hair-like hyphae present in the upper part of the stipe.
No structures remarkably differentiated from basidia or basidioles, only a couple of terminal hyphae that might perhaps correspond to cystidioles, though given their rarity this species must be considered "without cystidia".
Basidia clavate, 4-spored, with basal clamp connections.
Spores cylindrical-ellipsoidal, smooth, hyaline, thin-walled, with faint internal content, inamyloid in Melzer's reagent.
