(Bourdot & Galzin) K.H.Larss. & Ryvarden

Study description
On dead decaying wood on the ground of broadleaf trees, formerly known as Trechispora alnicola, with resupinate basidiomes, slightly granular surface yellow to cream, and a diffuse, fibrillose white growing margin.
This study corresponds to the anamorph, that is, the asexual or conidial phase of the species.
Monomitic hyphal system, with thin-walled hyaline subicular hyphae 2 to 4.5 µm wide, and thin-walled hyaline subhymenial hyphae 1 to 4 µm wide, branched, septate, and like the subicular hyphae with clamp connections.
Conidiogenous hyphae hyaline, thin, branched, tending to break up in preparations, septate and with clamp connections.
Basidia reported in literature as cylindrical, 20 to 30 µm long, 4 to 6 µm wide, with basal clamp connections, 4-spored.
Basidiospores not observed.
Conidia subglobose to ellipsoid, thick-walled, pale yellow under the microscope, 6.5 to 8.5 µm long, 4 to 5.5 µm wide, with granular oil contents inside, inamyloid in Melzer's reagent or IKI.
