(Bourdot & Galzin) Donk

Study description
On heavily decayed conifer wood, with resupinate basidiomes, tightly adnate to the substrate, thin, with a smooth, slightly granulose surface of waxy consistency, white to pale cream, and with an irregular, ill-defined growing margin.
Monomitic hyphal system, with hyaline basal hyphae, moderately thick-walled, branching at right angles, 2 to 4 µm wide, septate with clamp connections.
Cystidia lyocystidium-type, thick-walled, abruptly tapering towards the apex; this apex ends pointed, is hyaline and thin-walled, occasionally with some apical encrustations, 70 to 120 µm long by 8 to 11 µm wide.
Basidia cylindric-clavate, 18 to 25 µm long by 4 to 5 µm wide, with a simple base and tetrasporic.
Spores cylindrical to allantoic, smooth, hyaline, thin-walled, 6 to 8 µm long by 1.5 to 2.5 µm wide, with an eccentric apiculus at one end, with oil drops inside situated preferentially at both poles, and inamyloid in Melzer's reagent.
