(Pilát) Jean Keller

Study description
On decaying coniferous wood on the ground, such as Picea or Pinus, with resupinate basidiocarps, pale cream with a whitish margin, 5 to 7 circular to angular pores per mm, with poorly differentiated stratified tube layers reaching a total thickness of up to 5 mm.
Hyphal system dimitic, with hyaline skeletal hyphae, thick-walled, without septa, unbranched, 2 to 4 µm thick; generative hyphae hyaline, thin-walled, sparsely branched, 2 to 4 µm thick, those at the pore dissepiments heavily encrusted, septate and clamped.
Cystidia absent, but with smooth, thin-walled fusiform cystidioles 9 to 12 µm long and 3 to 5 µm wide.
Basidia clavate, 8 to 10 µm long, 4 to 5 µm wide, with basal clamp connections and four-spored.
Spores allantoid, very small, smooth, hyaline, thin-walled, 3 to 4 µm long, 0.5 to 1 µm wide, and inamyloid in Melzer's reagent.
