Hyphal system monomitic, with filamentous hyphae difficult to dissociate, closely interwoven, hyaline, 2 to 3 µm wide, septate and with clamp connections at the septa.
Cystidia absent, but with some hair-like hyphoid elements among the basidia and basidioles.
Basidia clavate, sinuous, 35 to 50 µm long, 7 to 10 µm wide, with basal clamp connections and four-spored.
Spores subglobose to ellipsoidal, smooth, hyaline, thin-walled, 7.5 to 10 µm long, 6 to 7.5 µm wide, containing oil droplets (guttules) inside, and inamyloid in Melzer's reagent.
