Hymenial setae large, 15 to 40 µm long, 4 to 8 µm wide, subulate to ventricose, thick-walled and brown, darkening noticeably in KOH.
Basidia clavate, 10 to 13 µm long, 6 to 7 µm wide, clampless, 4-spored.
Spores subglobose to ovoid, smooth, hyaline, slightly thick-walled, 4.5 to 6 µm long, 3.5 to 4.5 µm wide, with a small lateral hyaline apiculus, containing guttules, inamyloid in Melzer's reagent.
