T.K.A.Kumar & Manim.

Study description
General: Autumnal species fruiting in humus-rich litter along forest verges and paths, pileus white with a brownish disc, stipe with a cottony ring, and characterized by distinctive crystal-encrusted cheilocystidia.
Pileipellis: Cutis formed by cylindrical hyphae 12-25 µm wide, arranged parallel to slightly interwoven, hyaline to faintly brownish at the center, septate with simple septa (clamp connections absent).
Cheilocystidia: Hyaline, cylindrical to fusiform, 25-36 x 8-11 µm, with prominent apical encrustations of calcium oxalate crystals.
Pleurocystidia: Absent.
Basidia: Clavate, 20-26 x 7-9.5 µm, base simple, 4-spored.
Spores: Ovoid to ellipsoid, smooth, moderately thick-walled, 6.5-9 x 4.5-5.5 µm, with a minute lateral apiculus, containing oil droplets, dextrinoid in Melzer's reagent.
