Lasiobelonium lanceolatum
Raitv.

Study description
Substrate: Decaying herbaceous stems and woody debris.
Ascomata: Apothecia subsessile, 0.5-1 mm in diameter, disc cream to pale ochraceous, externally covered with brown hairs.
Marginal hairs: Cylindrical, multiseptate, thick-walled, encrusted, brown at base fading to hyaline at apex, 80-150 x 3-5 µm.
Asci: Clavate-cylindrical, 8-spored, biseriate, 50-65 x 5-6 µm, croziers absent, apex amyloid in Melzer's reagent.
Paraphyses: Lanceolate, acute, 3.5-5.5 µm wide, projecting 10-25 µm beyond the asci.
Spores: Cylindrical to subfusiform, straight, smooth, hyaline, unicellular, 8-12 x 1.5-2 µm.
