Inocybe rufoalba
Sacc.

Study description
A species typically fruiting under conifers, with caulocystidia distributed across the entire stipe surface and nodulose spores.
Pileipellis with superficial hyphae 3-5 µm wide, with yellowish-brown encrusting intracellular pigment, septate and clamped; underlain by broader hyphae up to 20 µm wide with short septa.
Caulocystidia present over the entire stipe surface, multiform, fusiform to lageniform, clavate, often with apical crystallizations.
Cheilocystidia cylindrical to fusiform, 35-50 µm long and 10-15 µm wide, with walls up to 3 µm thick, intermixed with shorter, thin-walled, clavate to pyriform, non-crystallized paracystidia.
Pleurocystidia similar in morphology and dimensions to cheilocystidia.
Basidia clavate, 20-25 µm long and 7-9 µm wide, with basal clamps, 4-spored.
Spores oblong, with coarse, prominent nodulose protuberances, thick-walled, yellowish-brown under the microscope, with a more hyaline eccentric apiculus at one end.
