Inocybe queletii
Konrad

Study description
An Inocybe typical of conifers on basic soils, with a bulbous stipe and caulocystidia restricted to the upper third of the stipe.
Pileipellis composed of parallelly arranged hyphae, 4-7 µm wide, with yellowish intracellular pigment, septate with clamped septa.
Caulocystidia present only on the upper third of the stipe, fusiform to lageniform, with apical crystallizations.
Cheilocystidia fusiform to slightly lageniform, 45-60 µm long and 12-18 µm wide, with apical crystallizations, intermixed with abundant shorter clavate paracystidia.
Pleurocystidia similar, slightly larger than the cheilocystidia, 60-75 µm long and 14-18 µm wide, with wall thickness up to 3 µm.
Basidia clavate, 28-34 µm long and 8-10 µm wide, with basal clamps, 4-spored.
Spores ellipsoidal to slightly amygdaliform, smooth- and thick-walled, yellowish-brown under the microscope, with an inconspicuous eccentric apiculus at one end and faint granular internal content.
