Monomitic hyphal system, with hyaline hyphae 2.5-4 µm wide, moderately thick-walled, septate and with prominent clamp connections at the septa.
Gloeocystidia abundant, cylindrical, slightly sinuous, up to 120 µm long, with granular content, much more visible in Phloxine.
Hyphidia simple or sparingly branched, slender, projecting above the level of the basidia.
Basidia clavate, up to 70 µm long by 10 µm wide, with basal clamps, 4-spored.
