Exoperidial hyphae globose to angular through compression, large, hyaline, thin-walled.
Capillitium thick-walled, up to 6 µm wide, with faint yellowish pigment, aseptate and unbranched.
Spores globose, very small, thick-walled and verrucose, yellowish-brown, densely covered with small darker warts.
