Entoloma clandestinum
(Fr.) Noordel.

Study description
Pileipellis with filamentous hyphae arranged more or less parallel, with clamped septa and some broad, cylindrical, hyaline terminal hair-like hyphae.
Stipitipellis without observed caulocystidia, with clamped hyphae.
Lamellar edge homomorphic without differentiated elements from basidia or basidioles.
Basidia clavate, with basal clamp connections, 2- or 4-spored.
Spores large, with undulate margins (without sharply defined angles), a very prominent apiculus and granular content.
The original spore measurements, given their large size, deviated from standard literature; expert consultation suggested that these large spores derived from 2- and 1-spored basidia, while spores among 4-spored basidia were more isodiametric. Measuring 21 mature spores yielded 7–10.8 (11.1) × 5.7–7.8 (8.7) µm, fully matching the species concept.
