Cribraria aurantiaca

Peridium simple, yellow under the microscope, partially evanescent, persisting basally as a calyculus and the rest forming a peridial net with thickened nodes, with greenish-brown calcium granules concentrated in the nodes of the net and the calyculus.

Columella and capillitium absent.

Spores smooth, subglobose, very pale greenish-yellow under the microscope, practically colourless, containing one or several oil droplets.
