Clitocybe metachroa

Filamentous cutis formed by slender hyphae (up to only 3 µm), hyaline or with only slight ochraceous intracellular pigment, slightly gelatinized, arranged more or less parallel and with clamped septa.

Lamellar edge without differentiated elements from basidia or basidioles.

Basidia clavate, up to 30 µm long, 4-spored.

Spores ellipsoidal, smooth, hyaline, thin-walled, with a lateral apiculus, granular content, inamyloid in Melzer's reagent.
