Excipular hyphae of textura globoso-angularis.
Asci cylindrical, operculate, 8-spored, uniseriate, without reaction in Melzer's reagent.
Paraphyses very slender, filiform, multi-septate, with slightly thickened tips and faint intracellular pigment.
Ascospores ellipsoidal, smooth, hyaline, containing multiple oil droplets inside.
