Lamellar edge with abundant large globose cheilocystidia.

Basidia clavate, progressively widening, 4-spored.

Spores smooth-walled, spherical to subglobose, large, with internal vacuolar content, a distinct apiculus, and inamyloid in Melzer's reagent.
